Porcelain tiles are generally made by dust pressed method from porcelain clays which result in a tile that is dense, with perfectly rectangular edges, fine grained, and impervious that are far more advantageous in comparison to other types of flooring. One of the largest benefit associated with porcelain tiles is that are much harder and more wear damage resistant that non-porcelain ceramic tiles, and that make them a perfect choice for any applications from light traffic to the heaviest residential and commercial traffic. Another largest benefit is that porcelain tiles usually have a much lower water absorption rate (less that 0.5%) than non-porcelain tiles making them forest resistant. In addition, porcelain tiles provide consumers with the opportunity to choose different shape, color and style of flooring that they are generally more pleasing to eye that other types of flooring. Porcelain tiles are available in high polished, matte and unglazed.
